RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

We currently only accept mobile orders via “Yoello” at the venue”Depot Cardiff” (Williams Way, Curran Embankment, Cardiff, CF10 5DY). For any purchases made via Yoello, which are “out of stock” and declined, we will refund you the order, excluding any delivery, processing or transaction fees. This apply’s only to orders made via Yoello, and must be made at the location at Depot during the advertised trading hours. Orders are generally declined at the point of sale and refunded immediately upon declining the order. We do not accept orders via any other platform, and outside of our trading times.
Any items unavailable, will be removed from our ordering app as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee items are always available.
We do not refund for any orders that have been used, eaten, partly eaten or damaged by yourselves. We will not refund for any items you dislike due to personal taste.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at our onsite stall (at Depot Cardiff), or by email below to discuss a refund or exchange. You will be required to send the damaged or incorrect item back to us at the point of sale, in it’s original packaging to our stall, or address below:
66 Upper Kincraig St, Roath, Cardiff, CF243HB.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and must be packaged safely so the item does not get damaged during transit.
